About The Reviving Soil
The Reviving Soil is a composting, soil-production, and organics-recycling operation located in Norton, Ohio.
What began as a small composting effort through The Reviving Garden has grown into a dedicated operation focused on turning approved organic materials into useful, dependable products for gardens, farms, landscapes, and local communities.
Our work starts with responsible material recovery. We accept qualifying Class IV organic materials, inspect incoming loads, remove contamination, and process materials through active composting, curing, screening, blending, and testing before they are approved for sale or use.
We are not interested in rushing unfinished material to market. Our goal is to produce stable, practical products that customers can use with confidence.
What We Produce
Our growing product lineup includes:

- Foundation Mix for gardens and raised beds
- True Mix, our premium nutrient-rich growing blend
- Boost Mix for crops needing stronger macronutrient support

Product availability may vary because materials are produced in batches and must complete the proper processing and curing stages before release.
Organics Recycling
The Reviving Soil works with homeowners, landscapers, tree services, farms, greenhouses, coffee shops, municipalities, and other approved material generators.
By keeping clean organic materials out of landfills and returning them to productive use, we help reduce waste while building healthier soil for the region.
All incoming material must meet our current Class IV acceptance requirements. Loads are subject to inspection, and unauthorized or contaminated materials may be rejected or charged for cleanup, handling, and disposal.
